Kiralama

What is the minimum age to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 with a 2-year licence for economy cars; 25/3 years for SUVs and 27/5 years for luxury vehicles.
Is there a mileage limit?
A daily limit of 300-400 km applies, calculated over the whole rental. Unlimited mileage can be added as an extra.

Can you invoice a company?
Yes. Select "Corporate" at the first step and enter your company title and tax details; the e-invoice is sent by e-mail.

Ödeme

How does the deposit work?
The deposit is blocked on the driver credit card at pick-up and released the same day the car is returned undamaged.
What is included in the price?
Full insurance, traffic insurance, maintenance, 24/7 roadside assistance and VAT are included. Fuel, tolls and fines belong to the renter.

Rezervasyon

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up are free of charge; later cancellations are charged one day of rental.
Can I return the car in a different city?
Yes, one-way rentals are possible. The one-way fee is calculated by distance and shown in the summary.

Teslimat

Can I get the car delivered to the airport or my address?
Yes. Airport counters operate 24/7 and valet delivery to your address can be added during booking.
